~~ <br />-5- <br />Water Service Agreement: Mayor Leech has not received a <br />report from the Mayor's Association and asked that the matter <br />be deferred. <br />Volunteer Firemen's Dependent Fund Board: This board serves for <br />a one year term. Two members are appointed by the Fire Depart- <br />ment, two by Council and the fifth is appointed by the other <br />four members. Mayor Leech suggested that these appointments <br />be made by Council at its meeting next month.. <br />Cleveland Regional Sewer District: No agreement has been reached <br />by the communities concerning the rules and regulations presented <br />by the Cleveland Regional Sewer District. The time has been <br />extended to March 17, 1975 to submit approved rules and regulations <br />to the county for its approval. <br />Citizen's Advisory Board: Will meet Thursday, February 20, 1975. <br />Council is welcome to attend. <br />Wilson Mills Road Light Synchronization: The approved contract <br />and resolution has been sent to the office of the County Auditor. <br />Mr. Byrnes will report on this next month. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Architectural Review Board: Councilman Barclay reported that the <br />Board will meet Thursday, February 20, 1975. <br />Cemetery: Councilwoman Negrelli reported that everything is quiet, <br />hopes to~_~paint the crypt in the Spring. <br />Finance: Councilman Bennett had nothing to report. <br />Planning & Zohinq: Councilman Schulte reported that Mr. Beebe <br />was elected Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission. At the <br />February 10th, 1975 meeting, the preliminary site plans presented <br />by the Garco Manufacturing Co. were approved. Mrs. Mills has <br />been appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals as the Commission <br />Representative. <br />Safety Centers Councilman Barclay had nothing new to report. <br />Recreation Committee: Councilman Bennett reported that the <br />Recreation Committee will meet Wednesday, February 19 ,.::..1975. An <br />Easter Egg hunt is being planned for March 22nd. <br />GENERAL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Leech: Proposed that the present fence between Mayfield <br />School Property and the Village Hall be made more, attractive. <br />He also announced that Mr. Amendola will make plans to improve <br />the appearance of the salt shed. <br />The Mayor asked that residents of the Village be sure to include <br />"Mayfield Village" when they are filling out their new 1975 <br />license registrations. <br />
