Cianciolo Aintree Park Apartment, commented on the <br />fact that Mr. Barnett wasn't aware of the sign being erected. <br />She feels that she and her company have been harassed. Her <br />brother-in-law and her husband's mirror on their car have <br />been smashed. Also, her sister's car was towed for parking <br />over the driveway of-the homeowner. <br />Mr. _Bordonaro, stated that the Police Department has taken a <br />survey of the situation for three years and this was at the <br />recommendation of the Police Department. <br />Mr. Barclay asked all present to attend the open Council meetings <br />on the th~~d;Monday of every month at 8:00 P.M. at the Village <br />Hall. Everyone is welcome. <br />Mr. Ficken introduced Ordinance 75-9 - Amended ordinance for <br />Off-Street Parking and repealing Ordinance 73-4. <br />Mr. Byrnes stated that this Ordinance provides 1 space for <br />50 square feet of building or 1 space for two seats in <br />restaurants, taverns and bars. <br />A Public Hearing was set for 30 days after the notice appearing <br />in the Sun Messenger.
