L ~ <br />-6- <br />Mayor Leech introduced James Amendola, 285 Parkway Dr., <br />Eastlake and Kenneth D. Shrefler, 967 Lander Road, and appointed <br />them to the Auxiliary Firemen's Board. Each was sworn in by <br />Mr. Byrnes. <br />Mr. Ficken, seconded by Mr. Prager, introduced Pay Ordinance <br />619-P, for payment of bills. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli, and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Architectural Review_Board: Mr. Barclay read minutes of the <br />Architectural Review Board meeting of March 13, 1975. The next <br />meeting is scheduled for April 17, 1975. <br />Cemetery: Mrs. Negrelli noted improvements for the coming Spring. <br />Codification: Mrs. Negrelli will present a draft to Council for <br />review before the next Council meeting. <br />Finance: Mr. Ficken reported the committee would meet March 25th. <br />Mr. Relic stated he would contact Mr. Rose and advise him of <br />the next meeting. <br />Planning and Zoninq: Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the <br />March 10th meeting. <br />Safety Center: Mr. Barclay will hold a meeting March 20th and <br />have a report for the next Council Caucus. <br />Recreation Board: Mr. Ficken reported the Village Easter Egg <br />Hunt will be held Saturday, March 29th and urged all residents <br />to participate. <br />GENERAL REPORTS <br />Mr. Relic stated that in February, 1974 income tax collections <br />amounted to $21,000 and increased to $31,000 in February, 1975. <br />Collections have been steadily increasing. <br />Mr. Hovancsek submitted a report regarding sanitary sewer flow <br />into Mayfield Village from Picker X-Ray. He has reviewed the <br />program for resurfacing of streets. Plans for grading of the <br />Village Hall parking lot are nearing completion. The Village <br />Service Department will do the underground work. He also <br />discussed the Easterly Sewer Plant and foresees no serious <br />objection to expansion plans he has reviewed. <br />
