~~ <br />-5- <br />Resolution 878, entitled; "DETERMINING LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR <br />FIRE, EXTENDED COVERAGE AND VANDALISM INSURANCE ON VEHICLE <br />MAINTENANCE BUILDING LOCATED AT 6601 WILSON MILLS ROAD, MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by <br />Mayor Leech. The Love... Insurance Agency presented the lowest and <br />best bid and Mayor Leech recommended they be awarded the contract. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to pass <br />Resolution 878. <br />Roll Call:.`:. AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 879, entitled; "PROCLAIMING EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN'S <br />WEEK, APRIL 6-12, 1975", was introduced by Councilwoman Negrelli. <br />A letter was read by Mayor Leech from the President of the Council <br />for Exceptional Children. Mrs. Negrelli stated that she has worked <br />with these children for several years and was very enthusiastic <br />about this recognition. <br />Mrs. Negrelli, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Negrelli, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass <br />Resolution 879. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
