~~ <br />-4- <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Resolution 876, entitled; "URGING THE NON-PASSAGE OF HOUSE BILL <br />NO. 176," was introduced by Mayor Leech. The House Bill No. 176 <br />advocates a short form for the collection of city income tax. <br />However, the longer form assures better enforcement and more <br />complete tax information for R. I.T.A. and is therefore more <br />beneficial and useful to the Village. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to pass <br />Resolution 876. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 877, entitled; "REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />ADVANCE TO MAYFIELD VILLAGE TAX COLLECTIONS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY", was introduced by Mayor Leech. The Clerk-Treasurer <br />will file a certified copy of this resolution with the County <br />Auditor. Mr. Relic has already arranged for a collection of funds. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to pass <br />Resolution 877. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
