ey <br />~~2,D <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />April 21, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular <br />session at the Village Hall on Monday, April 21, 1975 at 8:05 P.M. <br />Council President, Frank Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />Absent :~ Mr. Bluhm <br />Also present were : Mayor Leech, Chief Shortle, Messrs., <br />Amendola, Byrnes, Foltz, Hovancsek and <br />Relic <br />Mr. Prager welcomed approximately 40 students of the 5th grade <br />class from Mayfield Center School, who were in attendance at the <br />Council meeting. He stated that on behalf of the Mayor, himself <br />and Council, that he was very happy to have the students here and <br />hoped it would prove to be beneficial and educational. <br />Mr. Prager opened the meeting by asking for comments from the <br />floor: <br />The beginning of this portion of the meeting was devoted to the <br />students asking questions to members of the Council. (See <br />supplement attached, re questions) <br />Mr. Hanle Jagush, 6547 Wilson Mills Rd. - Mr. Jagush stated that <br />his property line which borders the Caputo Property (Masco <br />Machine) is loaded with debris and sharp objects which can be <br />dangerous for children playing in his yard. He would like <br />Mr. Amendola to check this out to see if it can't be cleaned up. <br />He also commented that at the time the Caputo Property was being <br />excavated and sewers installed, a bulldozer came in and destroyed <br />most of his rose bushes and trees. However, this damage was done <br />approximately a year ago. The Mayor suggested that he should have <br />contacted the Village Hall at that time. Mr. Amendola will check <br />on this situation also. <br />There being no further comments from the floor, that segment of the <br />meeting concluded. <br />Minutes of the March 17, 1975 Regular Council meeting were approved <br />at the Special Council Meeting, April 14, 1975. <br />Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held April 14, 1975 was <br />deferred passage due to several corrections. <br />Mayor Leech made the following comments: <br />Mayor Leech reported on the SPAN organization.
