1~ ~, -7- Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay; Bennett, Ficken, :'_ Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Mayor Leech, seconded by Mr. Prager made a motion to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of Hemingway Road, Joyce Road and Robin Circle. Bids must be solicited by May 1 and returned by May 15, 1975. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Mr. James Plastine was appointed to the Volunteer Firemen's Dependent Fund Board. Dui to prior committments, Mr. Plastine was unable to attend Council meeting and will therefore be sworn in at the next meeting. Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte None Motion Carried Architectural Review Board - Mr. Barclay advised Council that the Board had approved the Mannarino home cabanna. He also stated that the sign for the Sand-Som Development had been denied and also the sign for the Holiday Inn. Cemetery - Mrs. Negrelli reported that Mr. Krause had cut and trimmed the shrubs and trees, however, there is still no sign of the tulips blooming. Codification - Mrs. Negrelli stated that the Codification Binders had been delivered to the Mayor's office and have been distributed. A binder is available in the Mayor's office for anyone wishing to see it. Finance - Mr. Bennett advised that the Pay Ordinance had been passed. Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the April 14th Planning & Zoning Meeting and also the minutes of the Board of Appeals. Recreation Board - Mr. Bennett advised that the Recreation Committee was holding registration on April 23rd at the Mayfield High School. There are some 75 activities available for children and adults.
