<br />-8- <br />Bi-Centennial - Mrs. Negrelli reported that invitations had <br />been mailed out for the first meeting to be held Monday, <br />April 28, 1975. <br />GENERAL REPORTS <br />Mayor Leech suggested to Mr. Busa, Civil Service Commission <br />that perhaps Mr. Byrnes, Law Director could provide legal <br />advice for the Commission. Mr. Byrnes questioned that there may <br />be a conflict of interest, but as counsel to the Commission <br />for the purpose of drafting rules and regulations he saw no <br />conflict. He therefore was asked to act as counsel in such <br />capacity. <br />Mr. Relic reported that a Public Hearing will~~~be held June 16, <br />1975 to propose the 1976 Estimated Budget. He also advised <br />that Ordinance 74-47, Echo Bond Notes need technical corrections. <br />Mr. Hovancsek has reviewed the North Aintree property as well <br />as the Hanus property. He reported the Public Hearing for the <br />Flood Insurance Program will be held May 29, 1975. <br />Mr. Amendola advised that work is underway for the repair of <br />sidewalks on Wilson Mills Road. <br />1 <br />There being no further business, Mr. Prager, seconded by <br />Mr. Barclay, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M. <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />
