- 3- <br />He once again stated that several businesses in the area have <br />attempted to clean up their yards. Also, that the new Pizza <br />Restaurant (old Paul & Hazel's) is now open and has enought <br />parking area for it's customers. <br />Mr. Prager commented that the Regional Planning Commission is <br />sending information to him regarding assistance to municipalities <br />with federal funds for bikeways. <br />He also thanked Mr. Amendola and the Service Department for <br />cleaning up Clear Acres Baseball Field. <br />Mr. Prager presented Mr. Bordonaro a copy of the Ordinance of <br />Recognition and a letter commending Mr. Bordonaro on his many <br />years of service as a Councilman. He also gave him his name <br />plaque. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 74-42, entitled; "AUXILIARY POLICE RULES", Councilman <br />Bennett advised that the rules are still being reviewed. <br />Resolution , entitled; "WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT", no further <br />comments, still in litigation. <br />Mr. Byrnes administered the oath of acceptance to Mr. James <br />Plastine as a member of the Volunteer Fireman's Dependent;~-`Fund <br />Board. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 75-12, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />74-53 PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF WILLIAM T. JACKMAN, P.E. <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Mr. Prager. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring an Ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Bluhm, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-12. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />~'~• ~', <br />
