~f ~ -7- solution 891, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF ISSUING BONDS FOR A PROPOSED PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT AND TO SUBMIT THE QUESTION OF ISSUING BONDS TO THE ELECTORS, AND DE- CLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Mr. LaConte commented that he thought the Village was °tputting the cart before the horse", by purchasing the truck and now have no place to keep it. He also wondered about the taxes from the Industrial Park, why this money isn't used for such purposes. Mr. Bennett explained how the tax money from the Industrial Park is being used. He also commented that the ultimate goal was to have a 24 hour fully equipped Fire Department. Mr. Prager, seconded. by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to suspend the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to pass Resolution 891.. Mrs. Negrelli, seconded by Mr. Bluhm, made a motion to suspend the rules of Laws requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
