~~ <br />-8- <br />Ordinance 75-.16, entitled; "OFF-STREET PARKING'', was intro- <br />duced by Mr. Barclay. <br />Given first reading. <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli made a motion to <br />accept Pay Ordinance 621-P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAY5: None <br />Motion Carried <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Barclay read the minutes <br />of the May 15 , 19 75 meeting. <br />Bi-Centennial - Mrs. Negrelli reported that the first meeting <br />was held in Rpril and everyone is working. <br />Cemetery - Mrs. Negrelli stated that she had obtained a hearse <br />which originally belonged to Mayfield Village back in 1940. <br />Plans are being made to restore the hearse; <br />Codification - Mrs. Negrelli reported that the Codified <br />Ordinances are being reviewed for acceptance and asked for <br />action by next Council meeting. <br />Planning & Zoninq - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the <br />May 12, 1975 meeting. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Ficken reported that the Recreation Board <br />met May 21, 1975 and also that there will. be a meeting with <br />MARC. <br />General Reports <br />Mayor Leech advised that there will be a court hearing <br />concerning CEI on June 9, 1975 at 9:00 A.M. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned Mr. Byrnes that since we have a charter, <br />is it necessary to vote to suspend the rules. Mr. Byrnes <br />answered yes. Mr. Bennett also asked Mr. Amendola if the <br />complaint posed by Mr. Jagush at the last meeting had been taken <br />care of. Mr. Amendola said that it had. Mr. Bennett directed <br />a question to Mayor Leech, asking if Aintree North had acquired <br />a financial partner? Both Mayor Leech and Mr. Amendola <br />answered not to their knowledge. Mr. Bennett stated that he <br />heard that Forest City was a partner. <br />
