Both Mayfield Heights <br />and Highland Heights have agreed to provide an additional $300 each. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to authorize <br />an additional $300 for cemetery expenses. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., .Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Codification - Sections of the Codified Ordinances have been <br />distributed to respective committees for review, with a final <br />conclusion in the next month or so reported Mrs. Negrelli. <br />Finance - Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to <br />accept Pay Ordinance 622-P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Bennett advised that employee salary increases was a reward <br />for a job well done. Mr. .Relic commended Mr. Bennett and <br />Mr. Ficken for their excellent work on the Finance Committee. <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the June 9, 1975 <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. <br />Recreation - Mr. Ficken reported that meeting will be held on <br />June 18, 1975. He also reported that the bleachers at Clear Acres <br />Field were donated by Mayfield Heights Jaycees. Mr. Ficken will <br />also give names to Mr. Relic of those persons authorized to sign <br />checks for the Recreation Commission. <br />
