A. <br />- 3- <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 75-27., entitled; "CODIFIED ORDINANCES", was introduced <br />by Council as a Whole. <br />Given first reading. <br />The Mayor stated that all departments were still reviewing their <br />respective sections. <br />Mr. Barclay suggested it would be wise to compare and screen the <br />codified ordinances against the old ordinances. <br />Ordinance 75-28, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING <br />AND/OR STORING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES UPON PRIVATE O.~R PUBLIC <br />PROPERTY WITHIN MAYFIELD VILLAGE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 74-49", <br />was introduced by Mr. Prager. <br />Mr. Byrnes advised that the only change was iri Section 6 which is <br />to include the Board of Appeals approval. <br />A Public Hearing date was set for Tuesday, October 28, 1975 at <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to give the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission 30 days to offer their comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Planning & Zoning Commission will be given official notice by <br />Mr. Prager. <br />Mayor Leech announced that Council had approved a bid for Bond <br />Protection for Officials and Employees of Mayfield Village. The <br />purpose of this bond is to cover funds against theft, mysterious <br />disappearance etc.,. The lowest bid was Love:.~Insurance Company. <br />$ 585 for one year <br />$1,575 for three years <br />Mr. Barclay suggested a rider clause be attached to the policy to <br />include the President Pro-Tem. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to accept the <br />lowest bid, Love:~;Insurance with a rider clause to be added. <br />Roll Call: AYES::.
