~~ <br />-6- <br />Finance - Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion <br />to pass Pay Ordinance 626-P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the October 13, <br />1975 meeting. <br />Recreation - Mr. Ficken reported that the Recreation Commission <br />has planned a Halloween Party to be held at Mayfield Center School <br />on Friday, October 31, 1975 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Adults <br />and children are welcome. <br />General Reports <br />Mr. Barclay questioned Mr. Hovancsek as to the status of signaliza- <br />tion on Wilson Mills Road? <br />Mr. Hovancsek replied that all preliminary plans were finalized <br />however the contract must be authorized by Mayfield Village, <br />Highland Heights and the County. Work should be finished by <br />the end of the year. <br />Mr. Barclay questioned Mr. Hovancsek of the status of the storm <br />sewer on Garco Machinery Property. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that the easement agreements must be <br />signed by Council. The property owner is anxious to start work <br />which will take approximately two weeks to complete. <br />Mr. Bennett complimented Mr. Amendola on the fine work of planting <br />the flowers and shrubs around the Village Hall. <br />Mr. Relic stated that he has requested 1976 budget appropriations <br />from all department heads to be returned by November 20, 1975. <br />He advised Council that if they had any special programs to submit <br />their request by that date also. <br />Mr. Prager advised that Ordinance 1 is being rewritten. <br />1 <br />
