~~~ <br />-5- <br />Resolution 904, entitled; "A RESOLUTION URGING COOPERATION", was <br />introduced by Council as a Whole. This resolution pertains to <br />Halloween Trick or Treating. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Bluhm, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 904. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to advertise <br />for bids for the Village of Mayfield Village Comprehensive Insur- <br />ance. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs , Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Councilman Ficken entered 8:35 P.M. <br />Committee Reports <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Barclay reported on the October 16, <br />1975 meeting. Plans were reviewed for the State Savings Building <br />and also the sign for the SOM-Sand Association was approved. <br />Bi-Centennial & Cemetery- Mrs. Negrelli stated that the cost of <br />restoring the hearse is $1500 and asked that the Village provide <br />the money since the hearse is Village property and will be used in <br />conjunction with the Bi-Centennial celebration. <br />Mrs. Negrelli, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to authorize <br />payment of $1500 to restore the hearse. <br />Mr. Barclay questioned what happened to the private funds, and also <br />stated that he would like to discuss this further with Council <br />members. <br />Mrs. Negrelli replied that if the Village provided the funds, then <br />the Village would have control of the use of the hearse. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to defer passage <br />of Mrs. Negrelli's motion and table it until the next Special <br />Council meeting. <br />Codification - Mrs. Negrelli reported that the Codification Ordinance <br />was given a second reading. <br />
