~~~ <br />-8- <br />Ordinance 76-4, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />THE CURRENT AND OTHER EXPENSES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO FOR <br />THE YEAR 1976, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by <br />Mr. Barclay. <br />A lengthy discussion was held regarding the cost of publishing a <br />newspaper "VOICE OF THE VILLAGE". It was agreed that a committee <br />of Council would be formed to discuss this matter further. <br />Ntr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 76-4. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAY5: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Bennett suggested that copies of ordinances to be passed, <br />be in the hands of the Councilmen prior to meeting nights. <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to nominate <br />Mr. Robert Schulte as Council Representative to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br />Roll Call: AYE5: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />and Mrs. Negrelli <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Schulte <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Relic said that he would recommend appropriations for our <br />street lighting some time in February. <br />1 <br />
