~~~ <br />-2- <br />Frank Postachinni, 499 5OM Center Road, complained that the con- <br />tractors doing the work at the corner of Hickory Hill and SOM have <br />not cleaned up and have not removed the debris from his front lawn. <br />Mr. Hovancsek replied that he will contact the contractors to pick <br />up the debris and he also stated that, weather permitting, all <br />lawns would be reseeded within a couple of weeks. <br />Joe Scaccia, 1013 Lander Road, stated that a construction use drive <br />located along side his property was being used by everyone. Con- <br />struction of the tennis courts next to the school have been com- <br />pleted but cars continue to use this drive and create a lot of <br />dust and a hazard to children playing nearby. <br />Mr. Barclay advised Mr. Scaccia that this was school property and <br />that he should contact Dr. Stabile or attend the school board <br />meetings. <br />There being no further comments from the floor, that portion of the <br />meeting concluded. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes <br />of the March 15, 1976 Regular Meeting. <br />Mr. Bennett wished to case an AYE vote for Ordinance 76-8, Auxiliary <br />Police Rules & Regulations, which was passed at the March 15, 1976 <br />meeting. He hopes this sewer improve- <br />ment will relieve the major flooding problem. <br />Mayor Beebe stated he will meet with officials of the Cleveland <br />Regional Sewer District to discuss the Beech Hill Pumping Station <br />on April 20th. He is unhappy about the station and will keep <br />residents informed of the outcome. <br />
