~~~ -2- Frank Postachinni, 499 5OM Center Road, complained that the con- tractors doing the work at the corner of Hickory Hill and SOM have not cleaned up and have not removed the debris from his front lawn. Mr. Hovancsek replied that he will contact the contractors to pick up the debris and he also stated that, weather permitting, all lawns would be reseeded within a couple of weeks. Joe Scaccia, 1013 Lander Road, stated that a construction use drive located along side his property was being used by everyone. Con- struction of the tennis courts next to the school have been com- pleted but cars continue to use this drive and create a lot of dust and a hazard to children playing nearby. Mr. Barclay advised Mr. Scaccia that this was school property and that he should contact Dr. Stabile or attend the school board meetings. There being no further comments from the floor, that portion of the meeting concluded. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 15, 1976 Regular Meeting. Mr. Bennett wished to case an AYE vote for Ordinance 76-8, Auxiliary Police Rules & Regulations, which was passed at the March 15, 1976 meeting. Mr. Bennett was absent from that meeting. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved MAYOR'S COMMENTS: The Mayor asked for patience from the residents on SOM Center Rd. for completion of the sewer construction. He hopes this sewer improve- ment will relieve the major flooding problem. Mayor Beebe stated he will meet with officials of the Cleveland Regional Sewer District to discuss the Beech Hill Pumping Station on April 20th. He is unhappy about the station and will keep residents informed of the outcome.
