C~ J' MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Village of Mayfield Village June 21, 1976 The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, June 21, 1976 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council President, Robert Barclay presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte Absent Mr. Flynn (argived at 8:25 P.M.) Also present were: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Byrnes, Foltz, Hovancsek, Relic and Chief Shortie Mr. Barclay opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: Joe Abbate - 6514 Chase Drive, President of the Aintree Homeowners Assoc. questioned Council as to what can be done about paving 500' of Beechers Brook. He stated that their seems to be some conflict as to who owns the street; the Village or the property owners. Mr. Abbate asked Mr. Byrnes if he could investigate as to who owns the street and who would pay for repaving of the road to bring it up to par for resi- dents and safety vehicles. Mr. Barclay asked Mr. Busa to bring this subject before the Public Service and Public Utilities Committee. Mr. Hovancsek will have a status report ready for the next Council Caucus as to deeds and property owners rights. Dr. Seasons, Beechers Brook, stated that the residents have gone through this procedure many times and the people do not;:own the street. He said that the Village has maintained the road in the 20 years that he has resided their. There being no further comments, that portion of the meeting concluded. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 17, 1976 Regular Council Meeting. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to approve the minuts of the May 25, 1976 Public Hearing as read corrected by Mr. Barclay.
