2~1 <br />-~- <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 948. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Pass: Mr. Bordonaro <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 949, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE <br />ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND PROFILES FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 50141 CENTER ROAD BY THE INSTALLATION OF A STORDI CULVERT <br />APPRO~INLATELY 450 FEED SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SOM CENTER ROAD <br />AND HIGHLAND ROAD", was introduced by Mr. Barclay. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 949. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that there is a possibility of reimbursement <br />for partial payment by the State Highway Department. <br />NIr. Grogan questioned what is the estimated cost of installation of <br />the culvert pipe. A~Ir. Schulte questioned as to whether we are getting ahead of ourselves <br />by working on something ahead of the oldest problem - Myotte Case. <br />Resolution 950, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE <br />ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RESTRIPING CERTAIN <br />ROADZtTAYS IN THE MUNICIPALITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was intro- <br />duced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained that the County will only stripe a four-lane <br />highway Arid Wilson Mills being a five lane highway is non-conforming. <br />The County will write a letter to Mayor Beebe explaining their <br />position. <br />Mr. Bennett suggested that crosswalks be painted a least twice a <br />year by our Service Department. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa <br />Flynn, Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />
