~~..~~ 1 MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING Village of Mayfield Village September 30, 1976 The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special session at the Village Hall on Thursday, September 30, 1976 at 8:50 P.M., pursuant to special meeting notices delivered to all Councilmen on Wednesday, September 29, 1976. Council President, Robert Barclay presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte Absent Mr. Bordonaro ~] 1 Also present were Mayor Beebe, Mr. Amendola and Mr. Relic Mr. Barclay explained the reason for this special meeting was to take action on the following resolutions: Resolution 960, entitled; "A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 955 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 2, 1976, FINDING BRECKSVILLE A5PHP.~,LT PAVING, INC. TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 946 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BEECH HILL ROAD, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Resolution 960. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution 961, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ADVERTISE FOR THE INVITATION FOR TENDER OF HIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BEECH HILL ROAD", was introduced by Council as a Whole. C~lo~a3g of bids set for October 12, 1976 at 12:00 Noon. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Resolution 961.
