~~~ <br />-2- <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAY5: N_ one <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 962, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FLOW OF <br />SEPTIC EFFLUENT OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS PERMANENT PARCEL #831-26-35 <br />THROUGH RUNNING STREAM LOCATED ON DEDICATED ROADWAY, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr.. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 962. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Barclay advised Council that they would wait for Mr. Bordonaro <br />to arrive and at this time would take~aup the Aintree North Gas Line <br />issue. Mr. Barclay asked Mr. Sid Caplan who was present as were <br />Messrs., Aveni~, Caticchio and Page, if he had been able to get Council <br />any information as to the ownership of Beechers Brook? <br />Mr. Caplan stated that their attorney, Mr. Clark was checking into the <br />records as to what could be done with regard to paving of Beechers <br />Broo~C. He also stated that since Mr. Stankus had stated at the meet- <br />ing on Tuesday, September 28th that it would take three tons of asphalt <br />to repair Beechers Brook, he would again be willing to donate $100.00 <br />Mr. Amendola did not feel that thie would be sufficient to cover the <br />entire cost. <br />Mr. Caticchio stated that he had checked the Plat Book on the transfer <br />of Beechers Brook and could see no problem. He also said that Maintree <br />Realty was the Company that held the land at the time of development. <br />Mr. Bordonaro arrived at this point in the meeting. Mr. Bordonaro <br />requested that an AYE vote be indicated in the records in his <br />name for the action previously taken by Council in his absence. <br />
