~~,°~ <br />-3- <br />Mr. Barclay asked for Council's pleasure on rescinding the restraining <br />order on the issuance of Building Permits in the Aintree North Develop- <br />ment. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that the Developer should exercise their appeal by <br />December 1, 1976. <br />Mr. Caticchio stated that he had been in touch with the Engineering <br />Division of the East Ohio Gas Company and they told him the cost of <br />the gas lines for Aintree North would be $54,000.00. He will continue <br />to pursue the issue with the Gas Company. <br />Mr. Busa stated~:lthat he had been in contact with the Gas Company and <br />had been convinced that gas was not available at this time. <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to rescind the order <br />to the Building Commissioner and allow permits to be issued in Aintree <br />North until December 1, 1976. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />1 NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Order Rescinded, Permits <br />May be Issued <br />Resolution 963, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR THE INVITATION FOR TENDER OF BIDS FOR COMPREHENSIVE <br />LIABILITY INSURANCE", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 963. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 964, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING~THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR THE INVITATION FOR TENDER OF BIDS FOR TWO-WAY LOW <br />BAND POLICE RADIOS AND HARDWARE", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Following a discussion by Council as to the correct language of placing <br />the bids, it was decided that no action be taken at this time. <br />Mr. Grogan stated that he heard through the legal grapevine that the <br />Village could be in for more law suits due to construction delays on <br />Beta Drive. He mentioned that Julius Paris held a meeting with <br />Mrs. Myotte and was considering the purchase of some of her property. <br />He felt that the Village could do something to ward off these suits. <br />Mayor Beebe advised that Mr. Byrnes was enthusiastic as to the Village <br />position on the pending appeal. <br />
