f,~~ -5- Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to pass Ordinance 76-2F3. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Resolution 966, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STEPHEN HOVANCSEK AND ASSOCIATED TO SUBMIT APPLICATION AND PREPARE PLANS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NECESSARY APPLICA- TION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Mr. Relic stated that the application must be filed by October 22, 1976 urging passage tonight. Mr. Barclay stated that the Federal Government requires that the land already be available for the building and that the Municipality must operate and comply with Federal Regulations. Mr. Grogan questioned if the Village was getting into some funding for plans? Mr. Hovancsek replied that he already has three sets of the original plans. Mr. Grogan also questioned the possibility of Federal Funds for the overall SOM Center drainage problem which he feels should be top priority? Mr. Hovancsek replied that plans were to be submitted through the County Engineer's office as an overall drainage project, which includes SOM Center, the Industrial Park and Worton Park. These plans were made up through Hovancsek's office. Mr. Bordonaro; seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring a resolution~to be read on three separate occasions.
