f,~~ <br />-5- <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 76-2F3. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, <br />Flynn, Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 966, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STEPHEN HOVANCSEK <br />AND ASSOCIATED TO SUBMIT APPLICATION AND PREPARE PLANS FOR PUBLIC <br />WORKS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NECESSARY APPLICA- <br />TION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Relic stated that the application must be filed by October 22, <br />1976 urging passage tonight. <br />Mr. Barclay stated that the Federal Government requires that the land <br />already be available for the building and that the Municipality must <br />operate and comply with Federal Regulations. <br />Mr. Grogan questioned if the Village was getting into some funding <br />for plans? <br />Mr. Hovancsek replied that he already has three sets of the original <br />plans. <br />Mr. Grogan also questioned the possibility of Federal Funds for the <br />overall SOM Center drainage problem which he feels should be top priority? <br />Mr. Hovancsek replied that plans were to be submitted through the <br />County Engineer's office as an overall drainage project, which includes <br />SOM Center, the Industrial Park and Worton Park.
