~~~ <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />November 15, 1976 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session <br />on Monday, November 15, 1976 at 8:10 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br />Council President Pro-Tem, Robert Grogan presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Ca11: Present: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />Absent Mr. Barclay <br />Also present were Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Byrnes, Hovancsek, Relic <br />and Chief Shortle <br />Mr. Grogan opened. the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: <br />Ben Reich, 6887 Wilson Mills Rd., advised Council that graduation <br />exercises will be heldc:::on Friday, November 19th in Columbus for the <br />two new patrolmen. <br />Chief Shortle stated that the two patrolmen rated very high at the <br />mid-term exams and was very proud of them. <br />There being no further comments, that portion of the meeting concluded. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes <br />of the October 18, 1976 Regular Meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYE5: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to approve the <br />minutes of the october 26, 1976 Special Meeting and the October 26, <br />1976 Public Hearing. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />. Minutes Approved <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe advised that the trees have been planted in Aintree Park <br />and that the trees along the Freeway Strip will be completed this week. <br />He also said that the paving of Beech Hill north of Seneca was completed <br />and the filling in of Beechers Brook was nearing completion this week. <br />
