-2- The Mayor announced the death of Laurence Trebisky, school guard and a member of the Volunteer Fire Department and also complimented the Police, Fire and Service Departments for their attendance and participation in the funeral services. Mayor Beebe advised the midnight shift for the Service Department will begin the week of November 22nd. The Nlayor congratulated Mr. Hovancsek for his fine work in submitting the request to the Public GJorks Program for federal granting for a Safety Building and hopes the money will be allocated. Striping of the roads has not been completed due to the caeather and the fading of some areas exist in other communities as well. COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: Mr. Barclay was not in attendance, therefore there were no comments. STANDING COMMITTEES: Budget/Appropriations - No report from Mr. Bennett. Public Safety - No report from I~'Ir. Flynn. Public Service & Public Utilities - No report from Mr. Busa. Architectural Review Board - No report. Cemetery - No report from Mr. Bordonaro. Council of Councils - Mr. Busa attended the last meeting and stated that Mr. Unger from the Cleveland Regional Se~,rer District was there and discussed the Holding Tank which he feels may be a temporary situa- tion and may do away with it in the next two years. Mr. Busa said he sounded very encouraging. Planning & Zonin - I~ir. Schulte read minutes of the November 8, 1976. Recreation - PRr. Bennett reported that the Halloween Party held October 31st was very successful. MARC - No report from Mr. Flynn. OLD BUSINESS: Ordinance 76-7.3, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SINGLE DISTRICT FLOOD PLAIN TO MINIMIZE FLOOD LOSSES RESULTING FROM PERIODIC INUNDATION AND DE- CLARING AN EMERGENCY". Given fourth reading. Ordinance 76-?_4, "ADT ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATION FOR FLOOD HAZARD AREAS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY". Given fourth reading.
