<br />-2- <br />The Mayor announced the death of Laurence Trebisky, school guard <br />and a member of the Volunteer Fire Department and also complimented <br />the Police, Fire and Service Departments for their attendance and <br />participation in the funeral services. <br />Mayor Beebe advised the midnight shift for the Service Department <br />will begin the week of November 22nd. <br />The Nlayor congratulated Mr. Hovancsek for his fine work in submitting <br />the request to the Public GJorks Program for federal granting for a <br />Safety Building and hopes the money will be allocated. <br />Striping of the roads has not been completed due to the caeather and <br />the fading of some areas exist in other communities as well. <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: <br />Mr. Barclay was not in attendance, therefore there were no comments. <br />STANDING COMMITTEES: <br />Budget/Appropriations - No report from Mr. Bennett. <br />Public Safety - No report from I~'Ir. Flynn. <br />Public Service & Public Utilities - No report from Mr. Busa. <br />Architectural Review Board - No report. <br />Cemetery - No report from Mr. Bordonaro. <br />Council of Councils - Mr. Busa attended the last meeting and stated <br />that Mr. Unger from the Cleveland Regional Se~,rer District was there <br />and discussed the Holding Tank which he feels may be a temporary situa- <br />tion and may do away with it in the next two years. Mr. Busa said <br />he sounded very encouraging. <br />Planning & Zonin - I~ir. Schulte read minutes of the November 8, 1976. <br />Recreation - PRr.
