Schulte, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 964. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />' Resolution Adopted <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Resolution 968, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Given first reading. <br />Mr. Grogan stated it should be referred to the Budget/Appropriations <br />Committee. <br />Ordinance 76-29, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COA4PENSATION OF <br />THE PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 75-23, AND DECLARING AN EMER- <br />GENCY", was introduced by Mr. Bennett® <br />AIr.
