~;,~~ <br />-3- <br />Passage deferred on Ordinances 7G-23 & 76-24 to make minor corrections. <br />Resolution 9G4, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE <br />DIRECTOR TO ADVERTISE FOR THE INVITATION FOR THE TENDER OF BIDS FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN ELECTROTJIC EQUIPMENT", (reworded), was intro- <br />duced by Mr. Schulte. <br />Mr. Byrnes advised that anyone purchasing equipment must have an FCC <br />license. <br />NTr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 964. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />' Resolution Adopted <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Resolution 968, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Given first reading. <br />Mr. Grogan stated it should be referred to the Budget/Appropriations <br />Committee. <br />Ordinance 76-29, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COA4PENSATION OF <br />THE PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 75-23, AND DECLARING AN EMER- <br />GENCY", was introduced by Mr. Bennett® <br />AIr. Byrnes was asked by Council to prepare a Proposed Charter Amend- <br />ment for approval by the electorate, and should be ready for the <br />December meeting. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 76-29. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />
