2~x~ <br />_a_ <br />Resolution 969, entitled, "A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND <br />BEST BID FOR COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE", v,Tas introduced by Mr. Busa. <br />Mr. Relic asked Council to call a Special Meeting, November 30th <br />to discuss False Arrest Insurance and Rate Resolution from the <br />County Auditor. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 969. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Relic stated that Mr. Trebisky had seven (7) days Sick Leave <br />Pay still coming at the time of his death and recommended that <br />Council make a motion to issue a check to Mrs. Trebisky for this <br />due time. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion that a check be <br />issued to the caidow of Mr. Trebisky for unused sick leave pay. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe stated that he is still following up on the status of <br />the problemed empty lot on Ridgebury Blvd. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Mr. Relic advised that he is working on the 1977 Budget. The Admin- <br />istration will give their recommendation to the Budget/Appropriations <br />Committee. Budget must be passed at the first meeting in January, 1977. <br />Mayor Beebe read a letter from a resident thanking the Police Dept. <br />for their excellent service in responding to an illness of a member <br />of his family. <br />Mr. Byrnes advised that PfIr. Studen has filed an appeal in <br />Federal Court. <br />
