~~~~ <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />December 20, 1976 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session <br />at the Village Hall on Monday, December 20, 1976 at 8:15 P.M. Council <br />President, Robert Barclay presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn and <br />Schulte <br />Absent Mr. Bordonaro and Mr. Grogan <br />Also present were: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Hovancsek and <br />Relic <br />Mr. Barclay opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: <br />There were no comments, therefore that portion of the meeting concluded. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to approve the minutes <br />of the November 15, 1976 Regular Meeting and the November 30, 1976 <br />Special Meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes <br />of the December 13, 1976 Special Meeting as corrected. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn and Schulte <br /> <br />NAYS: None <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS: <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved- <br />The Mayor advised that he was prepared to present Mr. James Chontos <br />the "Good Neighbor" award from ComCorp, however due to inclement <br />weather., Mr. Chontos may not be able to attend. <br />Mayor Beebe wished to-thank everyone who helped with the December 19th <br />Santa Claus parade, which delighted many of the Village children. <br />The Mayor advised the Organizational Meeting will be held on January 3, <br />1977 at 8:00 P.M. Reminders will be sent to all Councilmen. <br />Mayor Beebe said he received a few favorable replies from the "Voice <br />of the Village" articles for volunteers in the Historical and Recreation <br />Committees. <br />
