,~ <br />-2- <br />At this time the Mayor asked to be excused from the Council Meeting. <br />Council President's Comments: <br />Mr. Barclay had no comments. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Budget/Appropriation - No report from Mr. Bennett. <br />Public Safety - Mr. Flynn advised that he is arranging a meeting <br />between the Committee, Police and Fire Departments re the Budget for <br />1977. <br />Public Service & Public Utilities - Mr. Busa had no report. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Barclay suspended the reading of <br />the December 16, 1976 meeting. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Bordonaro was not in attendance at this time. <br />Council of Councils - Mr. Bordonaro was not in attendance at this time. <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the December 13, <br />1976 meeting. <br />Board of Appeals - No report from Mr. Schulte. <br />Recreation - No report from Mr. Bennett. <br />MARC - Mr. Flynn advised that he sent a copy of MARC's Treasurer <br />Report to Mr. Relic. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Ordinance 76-23, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SINGLE DISTRICT <br />FLOOD PLAIN TO MINIMIZE FLOOD LOSSES RESULTING FROM PERIODIC INUNDATION <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY". <br />Mr. Barclay advised that as soon as Mr. Byrnes arrives he would read <br />the clause to be added to this ordinance regarding updating of the <br />flood map from time to time. <br />When Mr. Byrnes arrived, he read the clause to be added on Page 4. <br />Copies of the revised page will be sent to Council. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to pass Ordinance <br />76-23 as amended: Council received recommendation for passage from <br />the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn a~alSchulte <br />NAYS: None <br /> Motion Ca rried <br /> Ordinance Passed <br />
