-5- J .Li a Ordinance 77-7, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY AND AUTHOR- IZING PAYMENT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES RENDERED FOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to pass Ord. 77-7. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Ordinance 77-8, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY AND AUTHOR- IZING PAYMENT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES RENDERED FOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Relic explained the reason for these three ordinances was to provide additional help to the Service Department in the removal of snow during the severe winter storm. He said that the Administration had to act in an emergency in the best interest of the Village. Ordinance 77-9, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 76-17, ADJUSTING THE ANNUAL SALARX OF CLERK-DISPATCHER CLASS A, CLERK-DISPATCHER CLASS B, CREATING CLERK-DISPATCHER CLASS C., AND PRE- SCRIBING SALARIES, RATES OF COMPENSATION, VACATION SCHEDULE AND OTHER BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Mr. Barclay.
