_2_ P~Iayor Beebe read a letter from the Hillcrest Council of Councils, regarding their meeting to be held March 23, 8:00 PM at Lyndhurst City Hall. Robert Moss of Hillcrest Hospital will be the speaker to discuss the expansion of the hospital. The Mayor advised a list of recent ordinances will be distributed to Council for recapping to be added to the Codified Ordinance book. Mayor Beebe stated that preparation of the T.raff,c Signalization on j~~lilson Mills is still being worked on. He said he is fully aware of the problem residents have entering onto S7ilson Mills. He hopes a decision can be made soon. COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: P~irr. Grogan said that he attended the Cuyahoga District Board of Health Meeting. He stated that he nominated James M. Smith to be renamed to the Board. Mr. Smith is a resident of the Village and has done a fine job as a member of this Board. Mr. Grogan urged all Council to attend the Council of Councils Meeting on March 23. STANDING COMMITTEES: Budget/Appropriation: Mr. Bennett advised the Budget will be discussed under New Business. Public Safety: Mr. Flynn reported that the Civil Service Commission has prepared a test for three Sergeant positions to be taken on March 26. He also stated that the budget provides for one additional full time firefighter. If budget is approved, Law Director is to pre- pare ordinance for Civil Service Commission to provide exams for such position. Public Service & Public Utilities - Mr. Busa had no report. Architectural Review Board - Mr. Barclay read the minutes of the March 17, 1977 meeting. Cemetery - Meeting will be held March 30th reported Mr. Bordonaro. He also said that plans are being made for a spring planting. Council of Councils - Mr. Bordonaro reported that at the last meeting the discussion eras related to special purchase of police cars. Plannina, & Zoning - t~2r. Schulte read the minutes of the March 14, 1977 meeting. Board of .Appeals - Mr. Schulte reported that no meeting was held. Recreation - Mr. Bennett advised that the Recreation Board mailed flyers to all residents regarding the summer recreation program. An .Easter Egg Hunt will be held April 2nd.
