A. <br />-8- <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass Ord. 77-16. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />.:_ Grogan and Schulte <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 980, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RESURFACING OF MEADOWOOD DRIVE AND <br />EASTGATE DRIVE WITH ~:SPHALT AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING FOR THE <br />INVITATION OF BIDS FOR SUCH IMPROVEMENTS", was introduced by Mr. <br />Schulte. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Res. 980. <br />Mr. Bennett asked if we only have $23,000 allocated in the budget and <br />it costs $53,000 for resurfacing, where will the difference come from:' <br />Mr. Relic replied that we would have to appropriate the difference. <br />Mr. Flynn asked Mr. Hovancsek what the cost is for preparing the plans? <br />Mr. Hovancsek replied the cost was 12/ of cost of construction and 9°6 <br />if bids are rejected. <br />Mr. Barclay stated that these plans would be good for this year as <br />well as next year if bids were not accepted. <br />Mr. Bennett asked Mr. Relic what about the $100,000 loan from last <br />year: <br />Mr. Relic replied that $60,000 had been set aside for repayment so <br />far. <br />Roll Call: AYES: MESSRS., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 981, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DIRECTION THE LAW DIRECTOR <br />TO SEEK REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br />DAMAGED HYDRANTS", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to adopt Res. 981. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
