4Z~ <br />-9- <br />Resolution 982, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORISING THE FINANCE <br />DIRECTOR TO ADVERTISE FOR THE TENDER OF BIDS FOR ONE PNEUMATIC <br />DEMOLITION PACKAGE", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Res. 982. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Grogan reported on the recommendation of the Hillcrest Council of <br />Councils Animal Protective Leaque Plan. A11 members agreed to the <br />recommendation except Mr. Barclay who wished to pass. <br />Mr. Grogan made mention of the C-1 Liquor Permit request by the <br />Lawson Store on SOM Center Road. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to object to the <br />permit request on the basis that it is next door to the church and <br />they should not be allowed to sell alcholic beverages on the Sabbath <br />and requested a hearing to be held in Cleveland. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Permit Objected To~ <br />The Clerk of Council was instructed to return application noting the <br />objection and hearing requested. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe stated that Mr. Bennett should support his statement that <br />the Mayor's letter is half-truth and not real facts. The Mayor read <br />several statements regarding 24 hour dispatching and fire equipment. <br />Mr. Relic asked Council to consider bid for False Arrest Insurance. <br />Resolution 983, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LOVE INSURANCE <br />AGENCY AS THE BEST BID FOR FALSE ARREST INSURANCE", was introduced <br />by Council as a Whole. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
