le r/ MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING Village of Mayfield Village July 11, 1977 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session at the Village Hall on Monday, July 11, 1977 at 8:30 P.M., pursuant to see- cial meeting notices delivered to all Councilmen on July 8, 1977. Council President, Robert Grogan presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte Absent: None Also present were: Messrs., Amendola, Byrnes, Hovancsek and Relic. Mr. Grogan stated that this meeting was called for the purpose of adopt- ing Resolution 991, 992, and the appointment of a new Law Director. Resolution 991, entitled; "A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE PAVING &-~SEWER ASSESSMENT OAT COUNTY AUDITOR'S PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 831-31-20", was in- troduced by Mr. Barclay. Mr. Relic stated that the owner of the property was David Kause and he had made payment in full and it was deposited in a special Assessment Account. Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution 991. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution 992, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1978", was introduced by Mr. Bennett. Mr. Bennett said the Budget and Appropriation Board reviewed the Budget and all were satisfied. Mr. Flynn asked that the Board arrange a meeting next year having Coun- cil as a Whole in the discussion of the Budget before it is put up for adoption. Mr. Relic said he felt a discussion had been made on the budget and would be glad to discuss anything else even after it has been adopted. This would include any future budgets. Mr. Bennetta seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adept Resolution 992. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonnro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted
