In reference to Section 17, Article III, of the Charter <br />of Mayfield Village, a hearing should be set at the earliest con- <br />venient date but not sooner than 15 days after a written notice of <br />the charges had been served to Mr. Flynn. <br />Mr. Grogan asked what action could be taken in the future if <br />Council chosec~ao exonerate Mr. Flynn at this time? <br />Mr. Byrnes said no double jeopardy could be made.
