-11- <br /> <br />and the Ohio Bell Telephone Company needed approval of installation <br />of underground ducts from Raleigh Drive to S.O.M. Center. He said <br />the company had run into difficulties with hard stone on their last <br />project. <br />Mr. Amendola said the sewers had collasped at Eastgate and Meadowood <br />but had been taken care of and they -should be ready for paving by the <br />end of the month. <br />Mr. Bennett said a correction of the Pay Ordinance would have to be <br />made in reference to the Service Department and he would have to check <br />the figures. <br />Mr. Barclay said it is gratifying to know we have won a partial victory <br />in the C.E.I. case which was thought to be hopeless. <br />Mr. Busa said he felt the next thing that should be done is the planning <br />to have the Village Hall parking lot paved. Surely we have waited long <br />enough. <br />Mr. Relic said he anticipated funds being available for the paving <br />but he needed an up dated report on costs from Mr. Hovancsek. <br />Mayor Beebe said a bike path surely has priority to the parking lot. <br />Mr. Busa said he didn't mean to indicate the citizens should be deprived <br />of anything but he felt the Village Hall should be made presentable. <br />Mr. Schulte asked that Mr. Byrnes give Council an updated report of the <br />station adjoining the Village property. <br />Mr. Grogan said he didn~°.t mean to suggest that city funds were used for <br />the Mayor's Balloon Race but felt there is a need for vandal control. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and <br />Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M. <br />1 <br /> <br />
