Barclay, <br />Pair. Schulte and T~1r. Bordonaro. <br />~'ir. Barclay gave Ord. 77-33 First Reading. <br />I~ir. Barclay, seconded by ~3r. Bordonaro, made a motion to refer Ord. <br />77-33 to the Planning and Zoning Commission and ask that they have <br />a report within 30 days. <br />Roll Call: AYES: £~iessrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />£~Zotion Carried <br />Ordinance Referred to P & Z <br />Tfir. Grogan asked for an adjournment for an E~cecutive Session at 8:25 P.A•i. <br />Tdeeting Reconvened at 8:45 P.I~i. <br />£fr. Grogan said according to Section 17 of the Charter and based on <br />all that has been heard, the question is "Should T~~£r. Flynn be removed <br />or not removed?" <br />T~Ir. Grogan said £~ir. Flynn had received the notice, had the hearing, <br />and the matter is to be completed. <br />dir. Busa, based on the hearing, said he personally found £uir. Flynn - <br />at no fault. <br />I~ir. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to not remove P~ir. Flynn <br />because of no findings of fault. <br />T~ir. Barclay said he felt it would be wise for Council to read the <br />Supplemental Hearing Memorandum before making a decision. <br />itiir. Grogan said he had not received one. <br />T•ir. Schulte explained that TWIrs. T~lartin assumed -the packet delivered <br />to her office was the transcript he had requested and had one_-of the <br />policemen deliver it to his home unoxiened. I-Ie said when he opened <br />it Ti~~ednesday night, he found among other things, the memorandum, <br />which he dropped off at the Village and Mrs. £~iartin had them taken <br />to the Councilmen so they would have them before the meeting tonight. <br />£/ir. Grogan said he had no objection to everyone taking a few minutes <br />to read it. <br />After about 10 minutes for review, blr. Grogan asked if there were <br />anymore comments? <br />£vlr. Barclay said he had to aslc himself one question, "Did Larry F lynn <br />intend to decieve the records of Mayfield Village?" <br />I~~ir. Busa said this whole matter was distasteful and needed to be put <br />behind us and get back to the worlc of the Village. <br />
