.~ U ~S MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Village of Mayfield Village September 19, 1977 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session on Monday, September 19, 1977 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council President Robert Grogan presided. The Pledge of Allegiance of the Flag was given. Roll Call: PRESENT: Messrs.; Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn and Grogan ABSENT: Messrs., Bordonaro and Schulte Also present were: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Byrnes, Chief Hejcl and. Mr. Hovancsek OPEN PORTION: Mr. Irv Phillips, 6526 Derby .Drive, said that when he attended the last meeting it was stated that Heinen's needed around 70 more park- ing spaces acid in the newspapers it stated 40 some. Which is true? Mr. Grogan said next Tuesday, the 27th at 8:30 P.M. a Special Meet- ing of Council acting as a Board of Appeals would be held to discuss the variances. Mr. Amendola said there would be a need of around 35 spaces variance, if the Church gave permission for Heinen's to use their parking lot. Mr. Joseph Caputo, 918 Beechers,Brook, commented that two committees should meet (Council and Aintree Homeowners Association) at the corner of Cedar Brook and Taylor Road in University Heig~Ytts to inspect the Heinen's st~~e there. He said the traffic is so conjested on Satur- day that a Police Patrolman has to direct traffic. He further stated holidays are just impossible traffic wise. There~~being no further comments from the floor, that portion of the meeting closed. Mr. T3usa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes of August 15, 1977 as corrected. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Busa, Flynn and Grogan NAYS: None PASS: Mr. Bennett Motion Carried Minutes Approved Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of August 18, 1977.
