-5- <br />1 L <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to grant the side <br />line variance of 10' to Heinen's Inc. providing the egress and ingress <br />is solely off of S.O.M. Center Road contingent the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approves and the Architectural Design of the facility be in <br />accordance with the rendering previously submitted and approved by the <br />Architectural Review Board. <br />Mr. Amendola commented that if .the Church ever builds, they must keep <br />the required fire distance. <br />Mr. Schulte asked how long is the agreement for with the Church. If <br />it's for the life of the Corporation it could end soon. <br />Reverend Huffman said until Heinen is no longer ,in existence. <br />It was stated that if the motion"is not accepted by P & Z the variance <br />fails. <br />Mr. Phillips said the Mayor mentioned the traffic light on Wilson Mills <br />would help the flow on Raleigh. How long has it been applied for? <br />Mayor Beebe said for six years and the one at Highland and 5.O.M. (to be) <br />about one year.
