He said this is the <br />main principal of all traffic lights. ~' <br />Ted Peterson, 932 Aintree Park Drive, .said, quoting the Mayor "Invisions <br />of trememdous amounts of traffic back up." How is this helping: <br />Mayor Beebe said he'd be happly to discuss the traffic problems of <br />Raliegh with 1~im and have the .Engineer there also. <br />Joe Abbate asked~if a motion could be made with a conditional variance. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a.motion to grant the variance of <br />36 parking..spaces to Heinen's Inc. providing the egress and ingress is <br />solely off of S:O.M. Center Road contingent the Planning and Zoning Com- <br />mission approves and the Architectural Design of the facility be in <br />accordance with the .rendering previously submitted and approved by the <br />Architectural Review Board. <br />Mr. Barclay said we ar.e getting into the functions of the Planning and <br />Zoning. <br />Mr. Heinen said two plans had been submitted at the Village's request <br />and was told he would need two variances, one on parking and one on <br />side line.. He. had no intentions of submitting any more plans. He <br />had already lost one building season. <br />Mr. Flynn said he would have to~vote no because of the death of the <br />easement. <br />Mr. Bennett said Mr. Heinen should withdraw Plan A and if two people <br />. .are horse trading he can't vote .f or a variance especially if nothing <br />is in 'writing. ' <br />Mr. Huffman said he had given a letter to Mr. Amendola verifying their <br />.agreement with Mr. Heinen and said due to the cost he would have to <br />wait on the granting of the variances before it could be documented. <br />Mr. Barclay said months will el'aspe before all this can be done and the <br />building permits could have the stipulation that the Churches agreement <br />is needed.. Also an occupancy permit could not be given until this is <br />done. <br />Mr. Flynn said that if residents of Aintree Park Homeowners are in <br />favor of this than he could vote for the variance. <br />It was stated that they were. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, <br />.
