If just this was considered there would <br />be no need for all the parking p?laces as previously stated. He .s aid Mr. <br />Heinen wouldn't be willing to invest over a million dollars if he didn't <br />feel he had sufficient parking spaces.. A survey..of the .parking over the <br />last year showed 235 as the peak on holidays. He went on to say that <br />approximately 12 to 14 trucks a day 'c'ould be controlled going into the <br />residential area. He said most of these trucks were of the panel type <br />that would be servicing the store... . <br />Mayor Beebe said all the Chiefs, himself amd M~. Amendola~had spent many <br />hours on this and all he can do is make a recommendation. <br />Jack Rodewald, 900 Aintree Park Drive .s aid, .expressing himself as a <br />homeowner, recommended the vote against the variances. <br />Mr. Jack Coran, 6563 Hunt Circle, said he would .like t_o know if it is <br />proper to have a conditional variance? <br />Mr. Barclay said he felt sure that.Progressive had been granted a.con- <br />ditional variance. He said he.agreed~that"ordinance does state no in- <br />gress or egress off Aintree Park Drive. This is a separate issue and <br />granted through a variance on the Ordinance. <br />M <br />
