.~. v .~ l MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING Village of Mayfield Village October 17, 1977 The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Moncay, October 17, 1977 at 8:05 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council Pres- ident, Robert Grogan presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll C.-all: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn Grogan and Schulte Absent: None D Also present were: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Byrnes, Foltz, Hovancsek, Chief Hejcl and Chier. Shortle Mr. Grogan asked (opening the meeting) for commentts from the floor. Hank Jaqush, 6547 Wilson Mills - stated that the building owned by Caputo Builders located at the rear of his property line is continually being used as a dumping ground and also that papers and debris collect along the property line. He feels something should be done to correct this situation by perhaps contacting Mr. Caputo and have himpput up a fence along the property line. He said this .is the second time he has approached Council regarding this matter. Mr. Hovancsek.replied that perhaps the Building Commissioner can talk to Mr. Caputo about putting up a fence r~ahich should resolve this situation. Mayor Beebe said that he will talk to Mr. Amendola. There being no further comments f~.omt:the floor, that. portion of the meeting concluded. Mr. Busa, seconded. by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 19, 1977 Regular Council Meeting. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None 1 PASS: Mr. Bordonaro Motion Carried Minutes Approved Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 27, 1977 Special Council Meeting. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved
