~~~~ MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING Village of Mayfield Village November 21, 1977 The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, November 21, 1977 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council President, Robert Grogan presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte Absent: None Also present were Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Avery, Foltz Hovancsek, Chief Hejcl and Chief 5hortle Mr. Grogan opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: RTilliam Pertz, 6150 Robin Circle - stated he questioned the enforce- ment of Ordinances pertaining to parking of commercial vehicles in residential areas and also businesses being operated out of homes. He suggested that Council enact proper legislation. He thanked the Mayor and Mr. Amendola for quick response to an earlier letter. Mr. Grogan stated we do enforce the laws applicable to the subject. Mayor Beebe replied that Mr. Avery would be consulted. Mr. Jagush, 6547 Tr~ilson Mills - questioned the clarification of the property zoned on Wilson Mills as small office district and/or resi- dential district. IVir. Amendola replied that the ordinance was now in the hands of the Law Director to clarify the zoning area. This was also discussed at the last P & ~ meeting. There being no further comments, that portion of the meeting concluded. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to accept the minutes of the October 17, 1977 Regular Meeting as corrected. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and S"chulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to accept the minutes of the October 20, 1977 Speci al Meeting as amended. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn and Grogan NAYS: None OBSTAIN: NIr. Schulte Motion Carried ' _ Minutes Approved
