Guerin Avery was sworn in by Mr. Grogan. <br />Ordinance 77-37, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF <br />LEGAL FEES TO LOUIS H. ORKIN, ESQ. FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO THE VILLAGE <br />OF HAYFIELD", was introduced by Mr. Grogan. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to~suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn and Grogan <br />NAYS: Messrs., Barclay and Schulte <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />rqr.
