Grogan, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to pass Ordinance 77-37. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn and Grogan <br />NAYS: Messrs., Barclay and Schulte <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 77-38, entitled; "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASE OF COI~IPREHEN5IVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FROM THE LOja'EST <br />AND BEST BIDDER", was introduced by Mr. Busa. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by i~ir. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass Ordinance 77-38. <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Tfiotion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />GENERAL CON~'IENTS <br />Mr. Schulte advised that documents received this past week for the <br />Schulz .vs Schulte et a1 was simply asking removal of Mr. Byrnes from <br />the case. <br />Mr. Schulte was excused to leave at this time. <br />Niayor Beebe stated that he and Chief Shortle will be interviewing appli- <br />cants for the night dispatcher position for the hours of 4 P.M. to 12 <br />Midnight. He is still hoping for a 24 hour Open Door Policy. <br />Mayor Beebe asked Council and new Council members for a photo and brief <br />summary to be placed in the Voice of the Village. <br />Mr. Avery stated he received a continuance in Palermo case. Henry case <br />continued to 12/20/77. <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that: <br />(1) Moving ahead on resurfacing and re-ditching plans for tidilson P4ills <br />east. (2) The State turned down the request for a traffic signal on <br />S.O.M. and Highland Roads. Another traffic count will be taken early in <br />the Spring. (3) He has talked to the developers of Aintree forth Sub- <br />
