2~7 <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />June 19, 1978 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session <br />on Monday, June 19, 1978 at 8:15 P.M. in the Village Hall. .Coun- <br />cil President Vince Busa presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn <br />and Grogan <br />Absent: NIrs. Hanus and Mr. Boger <br />Also present: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Feneli, Relic, Amendola, Foltz, <br />Hovancsek, Chief Hejcl, Sergeant Jay and Mrs. Maynard. <br />OPEN PORTION' <br />No comments. <br />Consideration of Minutes: <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to approve the <br />minutes of the Special Meeting of April 27, 19780 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to approve the <br />minutes of the May 15, 1978 meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe read a letter he had received today, June 19, 1978 from <br />Ronald ..Stackhouse, County Engineer re Wilson Mills Road signalization <br />replying to five specific questions he had asked: <br />1. Why wculd it take 270 days to complete the installation project - <br />this is due to delivery time required for equipment. <br />2. Why west e.nd first - the whole job will be done simultaneously. <br />3. Congestion at I-271 might be relieved sooner by alternations of <br />the controller settings. <br />
