~1~. <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />July 17, 1978 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session on <br />Monday, July 17, 1978 at 8:10 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council <br />President, Vince Busa presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Bennett, Boger, Bordonaro, Busa, <br />Flynn, Grogan and Mrs. Hanus <br />~~ Also Present Were: Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Feneli, Foltz, <br />Hovancsek, Chief Hejcl and Chief Shortle. <br />OPEN PORTION: <br />No7~Comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to approve the <br />minutes of June 19, 1978 and the minutes of the Public Hearing of <br />the same date. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />MAYOR' S COM1~lF~7'I'S <br />Mayor Beebe commented on the following: <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />1. A meeting was .held at 7_:00 P.M. this evening in regard to a con- <br />struction drive at the High School between the affected residents and <br />the school officials Dr. Stabile and Mr. Moses. Dr. Stabile is to <br />get back with the solution to the problems involved sometime in August. <br />2. Mr. Dennis Rash called him on Saturday in regard to the over flow <br />at the sewage plant. Mr. Hovancsek had submitted a letter on this. <br />He had circulated to Council a news article stating that Highland Hgts. <br />Council had postponed future developments that would have 'an effect on <br />the pumping station until all the problems were resolved. <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: <br />Mr. Busa stated that he had requested an Executive Session later. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Budget/Appropriations;- Mr. Bennett stated that a meeting was held <br />last week in regard to a request for an increase in salary from~the <br />
