Mr. Busa confirmed the "Municipal Center Committee" as suggested by the Public Safety Committee. Mr. Flynn urged the Committee to schedule a meeting as soon as possible. Mr. Relic wondered if Mr. Amendola could come up with recommendations and perhaps an agenda to follow. There was a discussion with Mr. Amendola to coordinateethe input from the different departments and submit it to the committee. so a meeting could be scheduled.. Oakton Circle Water Drainage - Mr. Amendola stated authority needs to be given to Mr. Hovancsek to draft the easement requirements. There was a discussion on the subject with Mr. Avery's office to advise as previously requested regarding the possible improvement to private property. Material to be available at the next meeting. GENERAL COMMENTS: Mayor Beebe - stated.Mr. Amendola had informed him re distruction of the barricades at the Beech Hill Foot Bridge and had asked A/C Litman to take pictures - Chief Litman confirmed the distruction.eMayor Beebe said he had sent notice to all concerned residents re bids for the bridge. Mr. Relic notified Council he would be attending a meeting of the Board of Commissioners on the 24th at 2:00 and the Certificate of Resources would be discussed. The Dept. Heads to submit their '79 Budget needs. Mr. Hovancsek stated he had submitted the Hydrant easement format for Aintree Park Dr. to Mr. .Avery and hoped for legislation by 8/29/78,: Mr. Amendola stated that one item discussed at the P.& Z Meeting was the type of buildings Council would be recommending for balance of Beta Dr. Council held a discussion on their authority to make this decision. Mr. Amendola stated that Council passed an ordinance in re to this and further development could not be permitted until Couizcil indicated their choice to the Planning Commission. Mr. Avery to prepare a memorandum. Mr. Busa referred to letter from Mr. Stackhouse asking for input on the Village's bridge & road needs. Discussion was held with Mr. Hovancsek to supply the Mayor with our priority list so he could write Mr. Stackhouse Discussion held on the design and construction_of seweraimprovements - Mr. Avery to prepare formal legislation for the next meeting. Mr. Avery's .office to furnish more information re insurance coverage. Mr. Hovancsek stated a meeting will be held this week with the A.N. De- velopers to finaJ.ize Phase I (soil remo~r.al a contingency). Meeting went into executive session at 9:50 P.M. and reconvened at 10.:20.P.M. ~~or ~~~ Mayor. Beebe read a letter he had received from Mr. Ben Reich stating he was resigning from the Civil Service Commission dated August 16, 1978.
