~~~ <br />Proclamation regarding Halloween festivities. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Approved <br />Mayor Beebe said he has received n?_ce comments on the Legislation section <br />he has put in the V.O.V. <br />Law Director - Mr. Feneli read a notice that was sent out to all cities <br />and villages served by the Cleveland Division of Water by Mayor Kucinich, <br />Mayor of Cleveland, Copies of notice to be given to Mr. Hovancse]c and <br />Mr. Amendola. <br />Mr. Hovancsek -.said the resurfacing work on Kenwood, Oakwood, Walnut and <br />Butternut has started this week. The SOM Center Road Drainage Easement <br />has been submitted to the Law Director and the Mayor. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned if this would be a private contractor doing the <br />work on Wilson Mills .East of SOM. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said it is 70/ Federal Funded and therefore the State Hwy. <br />Department awards the contract. The County Inspectors and Project Engineer <br />are also involved. <br />Mr. Busa - questioned the hole in the road on Hickory Hill. <br />Mr. Amendola said due to the shortage of concrete the contractor is <br />unable to tear the street up all at once. The 2' bump is better than <br />an 8' wide hole. <br />Mr. Busa complimented Acting Chief Litman on the fine job he doing. A <br />lot of good remarks are being made. <br />Mr. Foltz - thanked Council and the Mayor for the new equipment that is <br />on the way. <br />Mr. Bordonaro - said he has heard a lot of good compliments on the V.O.V . <br />He would like Council to consider legislation that would limit the term <br />of any elected official to two, four year terms. <br />Mr. Boger - asked if bids for the Police Cars were to be accepted. <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Bordonaro, made the motion to accept the bid of <br />Kenneth Mott for $2100.00 for the three Police Cars and reject all other <br />bids. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bid Accepted <br />
