Contract - Mr. Relic stated he had talked with Mr. Miller who <br />is questioning what action Cour--~cil has taken re the contract. Mr. <br />Relic said there is no other source of supply and can't see the Village <br />gaining anything by suing and suggested the contract be signed. <br />Mr. Feneli explained the Law Departments view on the matter. <br />Council as a Whole agreed that an ordinance should be drafted for the <br />next meeting. <br />Sick Leave - Discussion was held with subject still in Committee for re- <br />view. <br />Discussion was held on accumulated vacation - presently vacation can not <br />be carried over to the next year. Committee is to consider approving pay <br />in lieu of time off and also the possibility of the Department Head <br />being able to recommend that some vacation be carried over with the Mayor <br />required to give the final approval- <br />Sub-Division Lightin - Mr. Hovancselc reported that the installation of <br />lights for Aintree North should be started in December. He hadn.'d.re- <br />ceived any information from Mr. Miller regarding the lights for Hickory <br />Hill but he i:s anticipating receipt of th'e drawings. Discussion w:a <br />held on the possibility of using poles but, Council agreed that this <br />was undesirable. <br />Insurance for Public Officials - Council is awaiting the Law Director's <br />recommendation. <br />
